अतिक्रमण मुक्त गुरुग्राम अच्छी मुहीम है,लेकिन निगम का कुछ भ्रष्ट स्टाफ़ इसमें पलीता लगाने में जुटा है।नीचे दिए फ़ोटो वीडियो इसका प्रमाण हैं।900मी॰ निर्माण प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र में 2017 में चौमा-काटरपुरी के सरकारी रास्ते पर क़ब्ज़ा करके ये अजीबोग़रीब निर्माण शुरू हुआ।पूरे निगम,ज़िला प्रशासन को पता था।लगातार सूचना पर भी कोई रोक नहीं हुई।फ़ोटो में साफ़ दिख रहा है कि रास्ता कहाँ से है।जब मामला बढ़ा तो बिना निवेदन नापतौल की गई।इस रास्ते को इसकी ये सही जगह बताने के लिए पैसे माँगे गए।नहीं दिए तो इस निर्माण को बचाते हुए उल्टा शिकायतकर्ताओं की प्लॉट में की रास्ता मोड़ दिया।प्लॉट वाले डरकर कोर्ट चले गए स्टे ले आए।बस यहीं से क़ब्ज़ाधारी ऊदल सिंह उसके बेटों व निगम की मिलीभगत से पूरा आरपार का रास्ता बंद कर लिया गया।एक अधिकारी ने हिम्मत की तो उसे व टीम को बंधक बना कर पीटा।वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने पर निगम ने मामगला दर्ज कराया नहीं तो उसे भी दबा देते।ऊदल सिंह व परिवार के ख़िलाफ़ जो आवाज़ उठाता है उसे ही पीटते हैं।चाहे निगम हो,आम जनता या कोई और।अभी ऐसे ही एक हत्या का प्रयास मामले में ऊदल के लड़के को सज़ा मिली है।निगम के कुछ लोगों की बदौलत निगम अपने ही स्टाफ़ को पिटवा भी रहा है और अपनी ज़मीन पर क़ब्ज़ा भी करवा रहा है।अब कोई भी शिकायत करे स्टे का बहाना बना कर टाल दिया जाता है,लेकिन निगम में कोई भी ये नहीं बताता कि इस अजीबोग़रीब डिज़ाइन को किसने मंज़ूर किया व किसकी इमारत है।क्योंकि इसे बनाने वाले ऊदल सिंह व परिवार की एक ईंच ज़मीन उस जगह ही नहीं है,जिसके नाम पर ज़मीन घटा या बढ़ा दे।वहाँ एक NRI,निगम,HSVP की ज़मीन पर क़ब्ज़ा करके ये निर्माण हुआ है।कोर्ट भी इन्हें Land Grabber का तमग़ा दे चुकी है।इसके अलावा इन बाप बेटों की भू माफिया, कूड़ा माफिया नाम से भी पहचान है।ख़ाली ज़मीन देखी नहीं कि क़ब्ज़ा कर लिया। निवेदन है कि @PradeepIAS_HR जी इस पर ज़रा गौर करें। @NayabSainiBJP @cmohry @VipulGoelBJP @ulbharyana @PradeepIAS_HR
