But let’s be honest: 80%+ of the people watching these podcasts are mid-senior level corporate professionals in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Pune who: - Earn 20L - 1CR - Secretly want to “start something” but won’t leave the job till the next band kicks in They’re not building the next Zerodha. They’re just hopping between MNCs and startups for that extra hike so they can soon afford a 3BHK in North Bangalore without a 30-year EMI eating their sanity. The entrepreneur cosplay is strong, but deep down we’re just highly educated, mildly burnt-out employees refreshing LinkedIn every 18 months. And honestly, that’s fair. Most of us grew up middle class in a developing country where uncertainty wasn’t a playground - it was pressure. You can’t expect the same risk appetite as someone who grew up in SF with safety nets baked into their life story.

I think the current process is upto the mark and there is no need for any action. If someone is doing cancellation at the last movement then he should definitely be not eligible for any refund and if he is doing 48/12 hrs back then getting the proper refund (deducting ~25%).

As a senior leader of the Congress, you might be aware of the Rs 1.41 lakh crores debt created by the UPA regime between 2004-14 through oil bonds due to its misgovernance. The subsidy not only ensured reduction in these debts, as Rs 1.32 lakh crores have been paid back with interest but have also kept the prices largely stable. It must be noted that post the Ukraine Russia war, petrol sells at ~160 to ~200 Rs per liter in other major countries like the UK, Germany, etc. The price of petrol and diesel in India is about Rs 90 per liter. This rate is even less than the average rate of the US, which is about Rs 100 per liter. Hence, if anyone has to be blamed for high prices of petrol and diesel in the country, it's undoubtedly the corrupt Congress regime of 2004-14

Honestly I'm also not happy with taxes bt ur msg seems like till yesterday there were no taxes. Believe me a few % +- but tax toh pahele bhi tha... My pain point - I'm paying lakhs of taxes thn should be given a priority in some services /some returns. Not looking for ZERO tax

A Middle Class Person wants to Buy 2 Wheeler for his family. He works hard, saves money & test rides a Honda Activa 110 CC. He feels it is good. He enquires the cost. Ex Showroom Price is ₹75000. He realises that this price includes 28% GST (around ₹17000). 28% YES, THAT'S RIGHT. ₹6000 Road Tax. ₹14000 Registration Charges. Both PAID TO Government. ₹5000 for a Motor Insurance (18% GST ₹900 to Govt). Yes that is 18% GST. Accessories ₹6000 (GST included) So, now he totally has to pay ₹1,06,000. He calculates that he eventually pays 60% to Dealer & 40% to Government. He has already paid 30% tax to the Government in the First Place 😀😀 He feels a bit let down. But then he asks himself: - Why am I Paying 28% GST on a 2 Wheeler when I have paid 30% Tax already on my income? - Why am I Paying 18% GST on Motor Insurance when this is supposed to Protect me in case of Accident? - I am not taking any Loan, but still I Pay almost ₹40000 to Government just to buy a Vehicle for my Family. I pay ₹66000 to the Vehicle Dealer. He also has to make some money out of it. So I am actually paying Government so much for the Vehicle. He asks these questions, but realises that he is Middle Class. He pays the Taxes, buys the Vehicle, Takes Photograph & Goes Home to Enjoy with Family. He goes back to Work the next day, so that he can afford many other things. Cycle Continues... This is the Story of Every Middle Class of India 😀❤️ @FinMinIndia - You need to answer the questions asked by this Middle Class Person. Don't you think? If you are a Hard Working Honest Middle Class Reader like Me, Share this Story until the Government takes notice & Becomes Accountable. #FI
