@Cignaquestions Yet, our client's journey trying to get reimbursed for a home COVID test (purchased on 6.4.22) through CIGNA continues. Cigna directed to @ExpressScripts. They didn't get go into effect until 7.1.11. @NYDFS any advice on how to facilitate this process?

@HealthfirstNY @CMSGov Hi, please do better job of training your representative we were told our client would lose her Medicare if she disenrolled another rep. told us we had call the SS office to disenroll when pressed we were able to get a fax to send a letter to disenroll.
