The prisoner was mistakenly released by the prison service (or, more likely, Group4) which is plainly not something the government can be held responsible for.
Also every prisoner released is given a train ticket regardless of their crime.

Expanding solar is key to reducing bills, ending our our reliance on foreign oil, and combating the climate crisis.
We should tighten regulations to ensure more new homes come with solar as standard.
