And because of low volume I needed several days to sell my position.
risk is the same, we are not going to liquidation but IPO, so "safety" of pref is meaningless

It will be up to the President to decide what if any shares he wants to sell in any type of public offering. He has not made a decision yet nor has he picked a lead bank.
