Hi @flipkartsupport @Flipkart The delivery person informed me that unless I paid extra, he would mark the battery as “swollen” and cancel the exchange. Because of this, I had to cancel the exchange request. This does not seem fair or professional. Please provide assistance.

Hi @flipkartsupport i ordered a mobile with exchange, and the delivery partner I'll only exchange if you pay more than what is mentioned otherwise I'll mention it as battery swollen. He's going to attempt delivery tomorrow as i said i need time to decide, is it fair? Please help.
