Before people demanded it change, it had a way stronger vision. Right now Kuro is pretty much aimless, and even if 3.x is good objectively speaking, Kuro seemingly cares more about telling a story that is good rather than one they want. And even then, 3.0 is the poisoned well that affects story structure. The whole reason we had those hangout side-stories is because of the structure. I really think it will continue being the case for as long as they prioritise player satisfaction over strong vision (that CBT did have). Criticise it all you want, it was way more "Kuro" than whatever WuWa is now. It was raw, it was chuuni and unapologetic about it. But well, I guess the average consumer wouldn't care about all that, just like they wouldn't care about good endgame or tech.

3.3 might’ve been the juiciest wuwa patch ever for the story ngl there’s so much shit that happened i keep forgetting a whole country got nuked off the map

@Phantomrovr @ineffashill No? They've been plenty consistent with it. Don't use color as a basis of their element. Use their forte as the basis. The "element" system isn't an element system, it's more like how their forte interacts with the world.
