I just came back from my trip to Japan and boy am I in awe! I'll post a few things about it over the next few days but the first thing that I want to talk about is the Japanese politeness and helpfulness.
I've always known about it. Via reading on the internet and also through first hand experiences of working with japanese colleagues.
But experiencing it pervasively and ubiquitously is on another level. Every single person i met in japan was so polite in their demeanour and always ready to help.
It started right from immigration where the immigration officer said "arigatou gozaimasu" to me at every small step, each time I handed him my or family passports, and then even stood up, bowed and another arigatou while confirming I was good to go ahead.
I interacted with several japanese officials across my trip for getting tickets, asking for help with train routes, or some general help from the police guys and every one took a great deal of effort to help out making sure I understood well, even calling up folks to help translate and always getting up from their desks and even coming out of their stationed positions/cabins to talk to me. And their posture, when i parted ways, always felt as if they are thanking me for giving them an opportunity to help. Such warmth and sense of public service is something I've never ever seen anywhere across so many countries that I've been to.
I once got onto a wrong train but realized something was amiss and asked a guy on the train about it. He couldn't understand me but immediately took out translate app to communicate, figured out I was on wrong train, told me what the correct one was AND then he got off the train himself missing his own and took us to the right one and waited till we got on.
Another time I had this confused look on my face while traveling and another nice person came up to me on his own and asked if I needed help. Then he walked me to the right place, gave me detailed step by step instructions and then left only after I said I was really sure I will make it.
The hospitality across every single hotel, theme park, shop or anywhere else was similar. There was a ton of crowd everywhere and typically the pressure of crowd management always makes it a hassle for the employees as well as you. But at no place did I ever feel hassled in Japan. The employees were managing things with so much warmth, politeness and smiling faces all the time and the crowds responded back the same way.
At DisneySea, this turned up to another level. I've been to tons of theme parks across the world and even Disneyland in other countries. Typically disneyland is much better than other places where most employees are just going through the motions but at DisneySea everyone felt like they really wanted to make it a memorable day for us. So many of them came forward without being asked to help us out throughout the day. Despite the huuuge crowd I never felt overwhelmed and my kids have never been happier at any other place.
My 8 yo told me after that day that it was the best day of her life. And she remembered so many disney sea employees being kind to her.

You can rent a home in #Tokyo #Japan for as low as Rs. 18000 a month for a private room. This is just a 40 mins metro ride to Shinjuku Area in the city.
You can explore Tokyo at a slow pace not really worrying about the hotel/hostel rents
Room & Common Area Facilities:
Payment Details:
The rent includes all the below fees too:
Renting a normal apartment vs these serviced apartments:
There will be an initial cost of approx. Rs. 15K etc to move in so this is a viable option if considering it for 2/3 months. Also age restrictions apply 18 - 40 years allowed.
They confirmed tourists can also rent one. Detailed process will tweet out as I get the same from the concern person. Have asked a couple of doubts/questions etc.

Tired of sharing charts that looks different when downloaded from different browsers? There's a fix for that

@chaotic__neuron @vachadra Bro that's literally Spy x Family lore. When did you start watching anime
English

@vachadra Marry, conceive. Send kid to the same school where Akaay/Vamika are studying. Motivate your chap to befriend them. They‘ll call your chap for birthday party. Then you can go along.
