So ... @TSB and @AskVirginMoney I did a balance transfer from TSB to Virgin 10 days ago and it didn't turn up. Each of you say to call the other as they have to sort it. Gold star if one of you can sort my problem *please*.

@HSBC_UK opened an account last week and got my debit card / PIN. But no sign of a telephone banking code so I can't register for online. My switch is supposed to complete next Monday and I'm worried. Does this come in the post or do I have to do something?

@plusnethelp I re-contracted and got email confirmation of the new price that should have been in place from 16/12, but have still been charged the non-renewal price. My account page is stuck on "You already have a product change in progress." Please help!
