@HSBC_UK how can I log onto online banking without a QRCode.

@HSBC_UK My question was how to log in without a qr code. How can I scan a qr code when using the device with the scanner to try and log on to the website. For clarity I only have one device.

@Polly004f Hi Polly, has your device or app had a recent update? If you are having difficulties logging back in please call our Online Banking Helpdesk ☎️03456 002290, 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, and after verifying you the agent will support you.

@StagecoachCNL Thanks for reply. I see no reason why the bus can not go along Station Road with a temporary bus stop close to the rail crossing. As long as the bus stays north of the railway crossing it will not be impacted by the road closure as this starts south of the crossing.

@Polly004f Hi, Thanks for your patience. The timing points will remain the same for St Bees and Whitehaven, with a temporary stop on the junction of Abbey Road. We are under the impression from the council that we will not be able to access the station. -Eve

@StagecoachCNL bus number 32 updated timetable due to road closure in St Bees. Why no stop at railway station? Will it stop at Abbey Vale as no time listed on timetable?

Any chance you might respond to this?

@HSBC_UK Just received email about the digital banking upgrade. explain to me how to scan aQR code to log into on-line banking when on-line banking is on the same device as the app. No, I will not do this via private message as I am sure others have/will have the same query.

@Polly004f Our station team have confirmed that the footbridge is currently closed due to structural issues, further updates on when this will reopen will be provided once known. ^ELT

@StagecoachCNL Is it now running its full route but on a diversion via Outrigger.

#WestCumbria 32 Service St Bees. Due to emergency gas works in the village we are only able to operate from Whitehaven to the train station. The bus will return back to Whitehaven. We expect this work to cause disruption until Tuesday.

@HSBC_UK getting error code 1114 when making payment. What is this. New payee my own account elsewhere.

@northernassist @JoshMacAlister So trains running on Cumbrian Coast line to Corkickle from Monday. But still a near 3 hour gap between 8am and 11am.Why no replacement for the 9am that ran before tunnel issue?

@northernassist @silver_neil @godslacky But what is annoying is due to no bus to replace the train that ran @ 9am in order to get to Whitehaven for appointments before 11am the only bus is the 8.13 which is a peak fare. The 9am train was off peak.

@northernassist @silver_neil @godslacky Yet after the 10.53 there are two buses in less than an hour at 12.38 and 13.33. But the next one is not until 15.53. I struggle with the logic of the time gaps!

Please not anyone traveling with @northernassist on Cumbria Costal line advanced singles are no longer averable due to the tunnel . Hope you fix it soon, also is it an emergency repair or an improvement I'm confused? Both of these are displayed at your stations

@silver_neil @godslacky Hi there our control team have advised this hasn't been 100% confirmed yet as we're awaiting a further update from Network Rail at the end of the week to advise where they're up to with the repairs. So until then the emergency timetable (bus) Is still in place. ^SC

Is it correct that starting next week trains will run from the south to Corckicle rather than terminating at Sellafield on the Cumbrian Coast line. This was reported locally recently.

@northernassist Journey can wait! Had heard there was a bad accident and assumed buses would be impacted. Could not expect your drivers to use a different route to get road the road closure as none really suitable for coaches. Just hope nobody seriously hurt.
