@RobButler I often talk about digital TEAM cohesion: the middle ground between tech-savvy and tech-averse individuals. Each persona needs to be empathetic towards the other. There must be space to learn and space to teach. Tool choices and how they're used must be intentional and iterative.

Not all jobs can be done remotely, and not everyone likes to work this way. I do enjoy working this way and choose teams that are enabled and digitally functional. I think the biggest issue is nobody knows how to properly use SharePoint, MsTeams, and other tools that support a modern workplace regardless of location. The real issue, IMHO is culture and tech are colliding and the systems and policies to support digital cohesion are not in place. Context: Digital cohesion refers to the state of integration and harmonious functioning of various digital technologies, platforms, and systems within an organization or society. It involves the effective coordination, collaboration, and interoperability of digital tools, networks, and data to achieve seamless connectivity and shared objectives. Digital cohesion encompasses the alignment of hardware, software, infrastructure, and policies to create a unified digital ecosystem that promotes efficiency, productivity, and innovation. It often includes aspects such as data integration, system compatibility, standardized protocols, and strategic planning to ensure smooth interactions and effective utilization of digital resources.
