I get why this is happening. Builders are tired. Long cycles, burned energy, not many wins. VCs are stuck too. Dry powder, LPs asking "what's the thesis now?", ICs needing memos, nothing obvious to fund. When you can't deploy, you narrativize. When deal flow dries up, content flow explodes. So we write. A lot. Threads about what went wrong, why crypto failed, where we missed the turn. Totally human. Still unproductive. Ecosystems don't reboot via better explanations. They reboot when people start making things again, even ugly, naive, half wrong experiments. Open Excalidraw. Sketch something dumb. Ship badly. Repeat.
