@euromove Are you blind? Those FBs in Brussels have been screwing us rotten for the past 25 years. That is why we now have a massive trade deficit with the EU, most of it suffered when we were in the SM. In 2000 our trade was broadly in balance.

@narindertweets @AntiRacismDay Correct. Very few people are racist. However they fear for their jobs, displacement, culture amd laws. The most stable countries in the world have one single dominant culture together with full employment amd housing.

@narindertweets @CamillaTominey @KirstieMAllsopp Look at staff turnover rates, Naurinder. They will tell you the rate for the job. Very low and they are adequately paid already. Focus increases on those genuinely underpaid so we get better staff stability in the public sector.

Imagine sneering at the people who haul themselves out of bed at 3am to keep a city moving, when the hardest shift they've ever done is from the sofa to the studio. Nauseating privilege @CamillaTominey @KirstieMAllsopp Give your heads a wobble

@narindertweets As usual you are making it up. Yes PIPs should be cut as they are self-assessed payments for medical conditions. At least some of the savings should be used to provide them with the medical and social support they actually need.

So, the Greens have found themselves a new Big Mouth. To join all the other useless BMs we have in politics. Quote: Water companies are pushing up prices IN ORDER TO pump more sewage into our rivers. So how is he going to modernise the industry? Silence.

The Pope seems very confused. In what way does paying money to Mauritius in any way help Chagossians displaced by the building of the base help them return? The money should go to Chagos not Mauritius which is hundreds of miles away.

@DanielPriestley Agreed. It would make more sense to exclude private businesses and family farms as IHT, but tax legacies in the hands of beneficiaries with same reliefs. Tax is payable on withdrawals or sale.

To be crystal clear - if the UK implements a wealth tax I am leaving. It is completely unmanageable as an entrepreneur to pay tax on unrealised gains. Any entrepreneur trying to raise money on an equity valuation puts themselves and their investors in danger of a massive tax bill based on the theoretical/unrealised value of the business. It also tips the risk-to-reward ratio of building a business in the UK out of kilter. It makes the prospect of building wealth in the UK so much worse than anywhere else. Leaving the UK is not hard for a digital business. It will be harder to find the right house and school than to move my business abroad. If I leave, the amount of tax I pay in the UK will drop to zero. Once I move, it's unlikely I'd be back for a long time - so all future earnings, spending, employment and capital gains would be out of the UK.

Should foreigners be banned from claiming disability benefits? That's what Tory leader Kemi Badenoch is suggesting. Benefits claims by households with at least one foreign national have doubled to nearly £1 billion a month. Is this ban necessary, or is it cruel?

@MarkVipond @sandieshoes @ZiaYusufUK It would be better to add one child tax credit to every adult UC to remove completely the incentive to procreate and close the dual welfare function at the Treasury. That way a two parent two child family no worse off and existing large stay on old system.

@ZiaYusufUK So why is Reform proposing to remove the two-child welfare cap, leaving hardworking parents having to subsidise people like this? Now that *is* silly.
