@porterit_ @porterit_ please don’t do this just for namesake.. my problem remains unresolved after multiple escalations and calls. Please look into customer care seriously. There has been no attempt to get in touch with me by your senior management yet and Issue remains unresolved

@porterit_ please improve your customer service.. one of the worst experiences… order # PNM09892400 should be reviewed .. order has not been fulfilled since April 27th.. waited at the pickup location for hours but no one turned up.. called customer service several times, no use!
