The VFS Global site has been under maintenance for over 24 hours now and won’t let me book a visa appointment. From the looks of it, the site is broken for a lot of @X users and no action has been taken by @VFSGlobal to fix this. @vfsglobalcare @UKVIgovuk @GOVUK

@vfsglobalcare Actually it isn’t because my original appointment already passed and despite USCIS allowing me until tomorrow to come back for my biometrics, your site STILL does not show an clickable link under the documents section- meaning I still can’t upload anything!! IT IS NOT FIXED!

@vfsglobalcare I was not able to upload my docs before my biometrics appointment in the US. Your website is pathetic, I've screenshots of the errors. There is no way to call anyone or email. Could you resolve this matter?

@vfsglobalcare I'm trying to upload documents to UK VFS website from yesterday but it always shows under maintenance. I've an appointment coming up for biometrics, tomorrow at USICS, so not sure if they gonna take me in, as they are documents are not in place. Please fix asap, ty

Tried to resend confirmation too but immediately goes to the maintenance page. So frustrating
