@British_Airways Well. You sent my wife’s bag to our old hotel and we now have to pay to have it overnighted to our new hotel 335 miles away. Meanwhile my bag went to Edinburgh yesterday, where I arrived today. But it is sitting in what looks like a dump. No word on if I will see it.

@British_Airways Day 3 in London with no checked bags. AirTags show them stationary at T5 since we landed Friday. Refs LHRBA 53396 and LHRBA 53397. Phone support unable to help. We are scheduled to depart for Scotland Monday morning. Can someone please assist?

@British_Airways We are traveling around UK and Ireland for two weeks-staying one to two nights in a variety of places. With no updates on when bags will be delivered, we don’t know what address to use for delivery. Should we just send them home, assuming you will ever ship them anywhere?
