@BadLegalTakes This is not legal advice, just stuff I’ve read from case law books. But defamation is applicable to both public figures AND private citizens within a given situation.

@BadLegalTakes Since I’m currently prepping for a con law ii exam. This is helpful for my learning. Defamation is a form of free ‘unprotected’ speech. See the outline concerning the topic if anyone is confused about what defamation is and its applications.

I’m in law school and I read legal jargon on a daily basis, where on here does it say that I am not allowed a refund? @AskPlayStation I have 14 days to request a refund. The purchase was made today 11/13/23 around noon. Where does it say that I cannot get a refund?
