It built its entire system around the presented version of you , the one that shows up composed, uses the right language, and has processed enough pain to make it acceptable in public. So you learned, quietly and without anyone telling you directly, that the unmanaged version of you is not safe to bring to God. But He has already seen the unedited version. Every part of you that has ever existed — shown and hidden, proud and shameful, Sunday morning and Monday night , He has seen it all, from before the beginning, with complete and total clarity. And He went to the cross anyway. Not for who you are trying to become. Not for the version you present to the world. For you, fully known, nothing hidden, loved without condition or performance. The lady my uncle wanted to marry told him just a month before their wedding that if he ever lost his job, she would leave the marriage. My uncle later called off the wedding, but her family said she didn’t mean it and was just joking. The funniest part is he refunded all his groomsmen the money they paid for wedding materials and told her to refund her aso ebi ladies too. The lady kept begging him, but he did not change his mind, and he said it was the best decision he has ever made.

Daystar CEO Joni Lamb’s funeral was held today at Gateway Church. According to the funeral brochure, Jentezen Franklin delivered the eulogy. Rabbi Jonathan Cahn offered a prayer and a blessing. The Daystar singers performed several worship songs. The service was NOT livestreamed but i was told it will be aired tomorrow on Daystar TV. Many people suggest that they didn't do a live stream in case anyone went off script Her sons-in-law, Joshua Brown (aka “Pete”) and Jonathan Weiss, served as pallbearers. Sadly, there was no mention of Jonathan and Suzy Lamb. I’m still trying to process the shock of all this. It still doesn’t feel real. Please continue to keep the Lamb children—Jonathan, Suzy, Rebecca, and Rachel—and their families in your prayers. May we all walk in the fear of the Lord, for life is short.
