genuinely trying to be nice to a friend but they just remind you of your abusers just way too much but you can't really bring it up or they might genuinely act like them

Knowing that a frined is manipulating you but you think you can still fix the friendship but they just keep making you feel like your the problem so you just cut and cut until you just you forget about everything

Cutting really is 50/50 if I feel better after it or not Tho I don't really cut deep, if that changes the feeling or not
