The suicide by a 17-year old student in Goa due to cancellation of the NEET exam is heartbreaking. Who is responsible for the loss of this young life? Will action be taken against those at the top, who are the ones actually responsible for this paper leak? I will be meeting the grieving family shortly, to express my condolences on this irreparable loss and stand with them in this difficult time.
