Stop calling basic human decency an “attachment issue.” to the avoidant. If you can flirt, fuck, make plans, and build intimacy, you can send a text that says “I’m overwhelmed, I’ll talk tomorrow.” Silence isn’t trauma. It’s avoidance. Avoidance is emotional immaturity.
