Fucking morons. I remember in 2015 attending a coding seminar (Seattle) where I was clearly the most skilled. I was teaching the person next to me troubleshooting skills and the teacher even recognized me for it. At the end of the seminar, the teacher pulled the person next to me aside and I overheard him offer her a grant because she was a black woman. I'm a white male, I was offered nothing. I grew up so poor, we were the first white family in the county to have a house built by Habitat for Humanity.
