Two very cool insects found on last week’s @Nature_Scotland Mull tour, giant horntail and sabre wasp. Neither of them sting and the sabre wasp uses its ovipositor to lay its eggs in the larvae of the horntail in pine trees.

@CalMacFerries Different member of staff this morning and no complaints about me using a reusable cup! What a difference. Shame it isn't actively encouraged, though, since you no longer offer proper cups for those sitting inside near the Coffee Cabin.

@CalMacFerries @katemacrae Hi, it was on the Criagnure-Oban crossing, Mon 24th July, IoM ferry sailing at 11.05am. I was mu cup wouldn't fit under machine (despite being the same size as your disposables) and that it was for health reasons. Your staff member also made me feel ridiculous for even asking.
