@Rachroxit Ab work helps cycling, but the only way that cycling can help your abs is if you are being intentional about flexing them as you ride.

Gonna set a new personal record for longest distance cycled tomorrow. Going for 40 miles after doing 24 last Saturday. Luckily it's supposed to be much flatter.
