I audited an account spending over $100k/month, here’s what I found: 1. Over consolidation: One ad was holding most of the spend, causing the account to be overly reliant on a single creative. 2. Lack of creative testing: Minimal new concepts in rotation, leading to ad fatigue and rising CPAs. 3. No clear structure: Testing and scaling were mixed, making it hard to identify what was working. At this scale, spreading the budget across more creatives / campaigns and implementing a structured testing process can dramatically improve performance.
