Very strange things are happening in Punjab. He is Jaswant Gajjanmajra, an AAP MLA from Amargarh. He is in judicial custody in connection with a 40 crore bank fraud case. However, he is not staying in jail; he has been staying in an air-conditioned room located in Rajindra Hospital Patiala for the last 31 days. He was brought to the Cardiology department on May 11th, but on June 6th he was discharged because the doctors couldn't justify keeping him for health reasons. Strangely on very next day, on June 7th he was admitted to another department, Urology Department. Where he is now staying. Ironically, both the Cardiology and Urology departments are located in the Super Speciality branch, which is air-conditioned, while the rest of the hospital is not. Today, I received an email from @X Twitter stating that @PunjabPoliceInd reported that my content violates the 'IT Act of India'. Upon reviewing the content, I found it to be about the Farmers protest & my questioning of the Haryana police shelling in Punjab territory. I've thoroughly read the IT Act & my tweet doesn't breach any provision. Instead,it questions the intentions of the Punjab @AamAadmiParty govt about farmers Protest. Now @BhagwantMann Govt & @PunjabPoliceInd should clarify how this content violates the IT Act of India. Under what Section & clause of the IT Act 2000 was this tweet reported? Failure to do so would establish your complicity with the fasc!st Central government attacking freedom of speech. Is Punjab CM @BhagwantMann collaborating with Haryana CM @mlkhattar against farmers? Since yesterday @police_haryana have been firing smoke grenades on the Punjab side at farmers & journalists. So far they have dropped hundreds of smoke bombs using drones, resulting in injuries to many journalists and farmers. However neither Punjab CM @BhagwantMann nor @DGPPunjabPolice has issued a single statement to stop them, nor have they registered any FIR against the Haryana administration/officials. How can the Haryana police fire smoke bombs or use other weaponry on Punjab land? This is entirely illegal, but the Punjab government remains silent, even with top brass present at the Shambhu border. Even in such a critical situation Punjab CM is not in the state but as usual busy in ferrying @ArvindKejriwal to other states on a luxury jet sponsored by the Punjab exchequer.
