Xbox Chief Strategy Officer Matthew Ball has confirmed that demand for Xbox Series consoles is higher than the number of consoles the company can currently produce. According to Ball, the problem is not a lack of interest from gamers but limits in manufacturing capacity. He called this a good problem to have and said Xbox is working on its next-generation console, known as Project Helix.
