@DileepReddy125 2.5 cr ? What for ? Independent house ,Such house can be built in rural areas with 30-40 lakh with full ,and rest can be used for buying land of 6-10 acres based on price ,just pure life ,that's life . Close to nature ,easy access to hospital in 30-45 mins ,That's enough

Most peaceful place to live in Hyderabad nearby. 15km from kokapet with good connectivity, you can buy an independent house starting from 2.5cr to 25cr. With 10+ international schools in the surrounding area. This 15 km stretch from kokapet is turning like the south delhi farmhouse area.

Online shopping’s biggest scam now isn’t fake discounts it’s the hidden charges. I was checking an AC for my living room, and the price showed ₹30,490 I thought, "Looks good, let’s place the order." But the moment I reached the payment page the price suddenly jumped to ₹31,102. At first I thought I had seen it wrong but then I noticed they had silently added extra money in the name of a "Handling Fee." If you’re going to charge extra anyway, then show the final price from the beginning. What kind of game is this ? First show a lower price to attract customers then quietly add extra charges at the last moment. Online shopping apps now feel less like shopping and more like taxi meters running in the background. Now tell me Has this ever happened to you too ?

Placing market orders on Zerodha via the API is highly unreliable. It happens often that orders are left open in the system. Placed a strangle order and one leg got executed 14 sec later. Better to write your own execution logic based on limit orders rather than relying on their API market orders.
