On the @ManUtd hand ball, any criticism needs to be aimed at IFAB who can’t help themselves meddling with the laws that refs have to take abuse for the correct interpretation of said laws. 🤷♂️

Refereeing decisions are like sentencing decisions in courts. There are people with platforms spouting endlessly mostly in total ignorance of the laws or guidelines.There are educated individuals prepared to explain but they’re ignored + people continue to rant to the angry mob

For fun ? or because he knows the law ?
Yes the handball is important in the goal being scored , but the ref deems it ‘accidental’ and that is the key. Should the law be changed ? Yes but thats a new issue.
