Perhaps we should get WISE (Waste Investigations, Support and Enforcement) the company employed by Richmond council @LBRuT to regulate the water industry they’re clearly doing a better job of enforcement than the currently shambles at Defra, Ofwat, EA.

Splits (finally) emerging in the Uniparty position on the Climate Change Act 2008.
@Conservatives now saying - after 14 years in power when they could have actually done something to create an energy abundance - they would repeal it.
But they failed to act when they could.

The uniparty's policies on unilateral decarbonisation are doomed to failure, and will not only cost hundreds of £billions, they will also compound this cost by causing inflation. CO2 is plant food not pollution; reducing CO2 will damage the environment, not save it. As Sir Alan Rudge said in 2013: “If we wish to save the environment then we must first save the economy. Poor nations are unable to save anything". I attempted to get this message across in a shortened speech (not my finest oratory) at around 3am on Friday 5 July after the Twickenham Constituency declaration.
