How is buying 7 pieces of Akara for 22k expensive?? 😂 lekki own ooo Sometimes, you just have to close your eyes, spend a little, and spoil yourself. If you can’t afford it immediately, save up and buy the Akara later. At least this particular one is actually good for your health and can help boost your immune system.

By every metric possible , this Government has failed . It’s actually audacious that there’s a second term attempt.

ADC once again, do not kill the morale people have. The ticket is Peter Obi, we are not supporters of your party but people who intent to vote Peter OBi because we know he’s the best candidate, so make no mistakes.

@Starqueensly You said a whole lot of things without actually saying anything btw. Majority of Igbos are not light skin. Simple. I can’t believe the kind of conversations we’re having in this big 2026.

That narrative does not apply to Igbo people. Igbo people have a natural, genetic spectrum of complexion. From deep black to mahogany to bronze to naturally light-skinned (“red”). That diversity is original Igbo genetics As far back as 1793, long before colonial influence, Igbo (Eboe) people were already described as: “bronze blac” “yellow, “light copper” and “fairer” than surrounding groups. In the Carribean dictionary👇🏿, Eboe/Igbo is literally translated as a person of light skin. Enslaved Igbo people were identified by their naturally lighter complexion, that’s where “Red Igbo” came from in their dictionary. Black is a race not a shade, we are all blacks but Igbo people are not one shade. Never have been.

Brain Drain: Improve remuneration, fix Naira and doctors will stay — Prof Ebeigbe Statistics from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, MDCN, showed that in 2024, Nigeria registered about 4,900 new medical doctors and dental surgeons, while 4,200 requested certificates of good standing, a clear sign that many are preparing to practice abroad. Against this backdrop, Good Health Weekly, spoke to Professor Peter Ndidi Ebeigbe, immediate past President of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, NPMCN, Ijanikin, Lagos. The Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Delta State University, Abraka, explains why economic reforms, stronger health financing and improved medical infrastructure are critical to stabilising Nigeria’s healthcare system. vanguardngr.com/2026/03/brain-…
