Mandalorian and Solo are both #StarWars films opening over Memorial Day holiday wknd in May. But daily flow over long wknd may be better for Mando for 2 reasons.
WOM is stronger. And with Baby Yoda, M&G has more kid appeal so many families with young ones may be waiting for SAT/SUN/MON to come out.

Many people love working with him and have said so repeatedly. Is he intense? I expect so, what of it? But he’s also supposed to be very, very funny and generous as an actor.

Tom Hardy worked with James Gandilfoni, Christopher Nolan, twice, Leonardo Dicaprio, Gary Oldman, Reese Witherspoon, funny none of them had problems working with Tom Hardy. If tardiness was an issue with him, that would be written into his contract.
