@RigidSweets @Strangeland_Elf Even the use by dates aren't the end all be all. I've had milk go bad faster and I've had it last past the dates. I can tell when milk it bad the date is mainly for not purchasing past expiration.

That time when the cup handlers were repeatedly telling sid not to take the cup into the pool (again) but he just couldn’t contain his whimsy 😭 “Oh totally. Yeah, we’re definitely NOT doing that.” Next thing they know, he’s jumping in with the cup 😭😭😭

@markeology IIH is a tricky one. CSF leaks are tricky too. My daughter has IIH. Good luck figuring it out. Needle in a haystack.

Health Update: Haven't posted one of these in a while. This morning I had a two-hour telehealth visit with a neurovascular specialist in Texas who had reviewed the past 8 years of my medical history and carefully reviewed the half dozen or so different brain scans I've had (CT scans, recumbent MRI, upright MRI, MRA, MRV). She confirmed a diagnosis I had given myself back in 2018--Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH)--but was dismissed by every other doctor and specialist since then. She said she there is no question I have it. Partially empty sella, flattened pituitary, and some other things I can't remember because of my brain fog. I thought I was in remission because the crippling headaches had stopped in 2019, but it turns out I've just been leaking cerebrospinal fluid since then so the pressure hasn't been building up inside my head, the fluid has just been leaking out of my nose and eyes and sometimes my ears instead. She wants me to spend more time in bed flat on my back (because my current regimen of 20 hours a day just isn't enough apparently lol) because she wants me to intentionally build up pressure before the next CT scan of my brain. Hopefully when all is said and done this will lead to a more targeted treatment protocol and I can just be on a couple of Rx meds instead of the 20 or so I'm currently on. Maybe I'll even get a little bit better in the process. I sure hope so, because 8 years of being mostly bedbound is a very long time.

@iceberge80 Depends on your cottage laws. Selling freeze dried food where I live in WI requires a commercial kitchen. Even though freeze dried food is more self stable than baked goods. Fun battle going on with that.

@iceberge80 We've been selling freeze dried strawberries dipped in chocolate and I had some FD bananas with them and figured, why not? One of my employees bought all the ones that I had dipped. So, now I need to dip more tomorrow.
