@Jacob_Rees_Mogg Is a Con advocating for a party other than his own? Why would that be? If you want Restore, vote Restore 🇬🇧

Just rejoined Reform UK. Previously I had left Reform, and briefly worked with Restore. When in Restore, I was involved locally in helping manage a number of social media accounts for a Cllr and two prominent members. My opinion of Restore was positive when it was a pressure group, and I while had my reservations about it becoming a party, it wasn't until more recently that I have come to realize numerous red flags with Lowe, some senior members, and how he is treating the future of this country. While in Restore, I witnessed first hand how a Cllr was telling prominent members to ignore many of their own supporters on X, because they were looking to move away from the eth nat types. While I'm not associated with eth nationalist movement myself, the act seemed deceptive and that was one of the first red flags. There's been a number of more red flags since, and by now I imagine other members are beginning to witness some of them. More will come out in time about what is happening amongst senior members and the disconnect between Lowe->Alastair->supporters. Reform haven't been perfect, but for the time being they are a platform to build upon and to help bring about change. Reform are a big tent, and they have some great people in that really want to do the right thing for the country. they're our best shot at averting total disaster, and deserve a chance. We can argue on the extent of policy later - for now we must all unite and move in the right direction. For now, my advice to both Reform *and* Restore supporters is to unite, for the good of the country. Treat each other respectfully. If you don't want to lend your vote, that's fine - but stop the hate between each other - it achieves nothing and it's exactly what the establishment want. Let's start building. Vote Reform.

Everyone is panicking about @RestoreBritain_ splitting @reformparty_uk vote and allowing Burnham to win. The panic is misplaced. The worst political outcome would be Restore stepping aside to allow Reform a victory. With its current direction of travel, Reform offers the country no redemption. By stepping aside, Restore would concrete in Reform’s hopelessness. Restore must fight this election and do the best it can. If it were to gain 7% of the vote, as predicted, that would send an earth quake through Reform. Reform might then correct its ways. A Burnham victory makes not a blind bit of difference to the country. Labour has a 156 seat majority. Whether Burnham or some other idiot from Labour becomes PM makes no difference. And for those worried about an early general election - turkeys do not vote for Christmas. It is not happening. Restore and Rebecca Shepherd must fight this by election tooth and nail. I know @_AdvanceUK supporters are already in Makerfield campaigning on their behalf. I will help where I can.

The right split the moment it became clear one party was being stacked with establishment Conservatives who helped steer Britain into its current decline. It split when certain party insiders were weaponising the police to smear a man’s reputation and even try to put him behind bars. Voters have every right to back a party they believe in. For me, that’s Restore Britain. They have my full support and my vote.

@drhingram You would undermine the party you have joined instead of backing and growing it? How is that putting country first? Restore needs consistency not tactical betrayal.

The right needs to unite to defeat the dangers of the left. Country before party, Britain before ego. As a Tory, I’ve said I think the Tories should not have stood in Makerfield. Same goes for Restore. This is not any old election. It is a very specific one where the national interest should trump other considerations.

Reform 40%. Restore 7%. Burnham 43%. The Sunday Times poll for Survation at Makerfield shows the split right will bring in our most Lefty Prime Minister ever. Grateful if Nigel Farage and Rupert Lowe would put down their swords and pick up the phone.

Makerfield is a two horse race. A vote for Reform will elect Rob Kenyon, who understands the day to day problems and concerns of ordinary people. A vote for Restore of the Conservatives will help Andy Burnham, who like Starmer isn’t being honest about what he really believes.

What do Andy Burnham & Rupert Lowe have in common? They are both in this for their egos - not the country. They are both in this because they hate somebody else. Burnham hates Starmer. Lowe hates Farage. Neither genuinely care about Britain. Vote Reform.

Government have torn up an agreement with policing. Now perhaps it is time policing tore up the non strike agreement they had with that Government. Name me one other single representative body that would allow their members to be treated in this way without seeing those members outside every place they work at with banners and the places they work within devoid of staff.
Police Federation of England and Wales@PFEW_HQ

1/ Police officers who gave decades of service to this country have just had their retirement plans ripped up overnight. The Government has quietly cut the lump sums available to retiring officers in the 1987 Police Pension Scheme - with immediate effect. 🧵

So the police have been stitched up yet again by the government over their pensions. If you are a young officer not nearing retirement, this is your cue to get out now.
