If you read the above properly, I have not claimed 'JEC' are in administration (I recognise there's another limited entity used too) - I've claimed the company which operate the clinic as listed on CQC are in administration, which is a factual statement. If you've purchased the company while in administration, and made it the provider of your clinic services as registered on CQC, it's still in administration. Send your legal correspondence, but recognise that currently the claim seems frivolous - and will be rigorously defended. To afford to do so, we may need to launch a public fundraiser. You have bigger legal issues right now, like unlawfully redirecting hundreds of prescriptions to Maverick Pharmacy...

It seems @JEmersonCentres may have bigger issues right now, the company which operate their clinic Primary Care Holdings Limited are currently in administration.

The truth is, while as MedBud's founder I'm incredibly proud we're the first resource publishing information on #MedicalCannabis products in the UK to find means to become fully legally/regulatory compliant with the government MHRA - and be able to officially work with companies across the industry... We don't want to have to limit any public information whatsoever, and believe vital in-depth information on medications should be widely available to all without any barrier to entry. Informed consent has been a fundamental tenet of the Hippocratic Oath for 2,400+ years. It's been quite a 'bitter sweet' victory for us, while recently adapting our website to be fully compliant we've been hesitating and struggling at every step - because simply, we wish we didn't have to limit anything. All other websites, businesses or non-profit, will be bound to similar restrictions. We've done our best to make our registration/login system as efficient and simple as possible, ensuring the website is largely 'as is' when logged in – and final tweaks will be applied in the next couple of days. We sincerely apologise to patients that we can't list certain information publicly going forward, without logging in.
