40% of cancers undetected on mammo in extremely dense breasts, 25% undetected in heterogeneously dense. Other tests after mammo can improve detection. Contrast-enhanced (MRI, Contrast enhanced mammography) best; if not possible, ultrasound. #WorldDenseBreastDay @DenseBreastInfo
