@mccauslander @igea Hi Mitch - from the Minister’s release this afternoon: Today I can confirm that we are able to provide certainty for industry; the PDV and Digital Games Rebate and Made in NSW funds will continue on existing terms to eligible projects.

Sorry I haven't tweeted much recently, but its a big day! The @AuSenate a minute ago passed the bill to implement the Digital Games Tax Offset #dgto. The DGTO is now law. More details to follow, but what a massive win for amazing Australian-made video games. 🇦🇺♥️🎮
