I got the rossmann "fat blockers" (idk if it's a thing outside of germany) they're basically wl pills that make you feel full and make the food you eat get pooped out before you consume the calories... Doesn't anyone have good experience with it? I just took them I'm scared

@violetinhaled @L1LY_7 @zoemeowzer Depends on your genetics, i also had a thigh gap at bmi 23-24 I have a lot of fat on my thighs so when i started gaining muscle it was way slimmer than my fat

@L1LY_7 @zoemeowzer if you do alot of thigh work outs you can start gaining muscle which’ll make ur thighs+glutes gain more muscle and look bigger
