@bookingcom your customer service is awful. I asked to talk with manager as I asked a simple thing to provide and send me my payment statement from confirmation, because I had issues with the hotel. The customer representative were not able to provide and was keep telling me

That my issue is not serious enough to talk with manager! What kind of customer service is this? I can see that I will never use booking.con ever again!

@RdCuddy @ACRO_Police_CST Ah thanks for your reply. I have checked and they have not replied anything since 26th April, which worries me a bit. I’ll give it another few days for them and start to chase it, if there still be no reply.
