To all victims worldwide suffering from V2K, MK Ultra, and Mind Control harassment, I have finally figured out most of the underlying principles of this signal. If you can still receive the “voice-to-skull” (brain-transmitted audio) signal inside an elevator on a rainy day, then the signal frequency must be within the 12 MHz to 100 MHz range. I used an Agilent 53150A frequency counter and a directional antenna to measure the brain radio signal frequencies of several volunteers, and they all fell within 60 MHz to 70 MHz. Using a Rohde & Schwarz FSW50 spectrum analyzer, I scanned the frequency range from 56 MHz to 74 MHz and detected a large number of ultra-shortwave extremely narrow pulse signals. These signals are very likely radio waves emitted by the human brain, as well as signals used to interfere with the brain (V2K, MK Ultra、Mind Control). My research indicates that the pulse period of these extremely narrow pulse signals is less than 25 microseconds, approximately around 7 microseconds. The pulse width is roughly between 333 nanoseconds and 666 nanoseconds. The resolution is about 1–5 kHz, and the bandwidth is approximately 2 MHz to 3 MHz. The principle behind “voice-to-skull” transmission is Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM). The principle for reading visual images from the brain is Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM). The principle for interfering with the autonomic nervous system — causing headaches, insomnia, drowsiness, and increased heart rate — is Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Because these pulses are extremely narrow, they are very difficult to detect and even harder to monitor. Everyone needs to work together to attract the attention of major news media outlets and invite radio regulatory agencies, radio research institutions, and amateur radio enthusiasts to pay attention and conduct authoritative verification. Hello to all victims of ultra-shortwave extremely narrow pulse (V2K, MK Ultra) attacks around the world! I previously used an Agilent 53150A frequency counter connected to a directional antenna aimed at the head to measure several volunteers (ordinary people), and found that the frequencies of their brain radio signals were all within the range of 56 MHz to 70 MHz. The human body is highly suitable as a 30 MHz–100 MHz biological antenna. If you want to estimate the approximate range of your signal without using an Agilent 53150A frequency counter: If intracranial voice signals can still be received inside a Faraday cage with the door open, then the frequency is above 12 MHz. (Signals below 12 MHz have wavelengths longer than 25 meters and cannot pass through a Faraday door frame smaller than one-quarter wavelength, i.e., 2 meters.) If previous geomagnetic storm activity did not interfere with the intracranial voice transmission, then the frequency is above 30 MHz. If intracranial voice signals can still be received in an elevator on a rainy day, then the frequency is below 100 MHz. (Microwaves cannot penetrate an elevator over long distances.) The following video shows an experiment in which an FSW50 spectrum analyzer scanned 56 MHz to 74 MHz and detected a large number of extremely narrow pulses. I hope that victims of V2K and MK Ultra around the world will publicly share my experimental videos to attract the attention of radio regulatory agencies, radio research institutions, and amateur radio enthusiasts for authoritative verification. The language varies, but many individuals are attempting to describe similar concerns involving advanced technology, surveillance, neuroscience applications, cognitive liberty, privacy, and human autonomy. I believe the future conversation must center around neurotechnology, neuroscience applications, electrophysiology, artificial intelligence, biometric systems, human-machine interfacing, cognitive liberty, informed consent, and mental privacy. A scientific and technical analysis of emerging neurotechnology can be evaluated through existing scientific literature, commercial development, patents, government research initiatives, public-private partnerships, and ongoing advancements across the neuroscience and technology sectors. At the same time, commercialization is accelerating rapidly. Major technology and neurotechnology companies such as Neuralink, Synchron, Blackrock Neurotech, Paradromics, and Precision Neuroscience are actively developing and commercializing brain-computer interface technologies and related neuroscience applications. Meanwhile, public oversight, neurolaw, regulatory safeguards, and public awareness remain significantly behind the pace of innovation. I firmly believe that political advocacy must become part of this conversation. The public deserves meaningful transparency, informed consent protections, cognitive liberty safeguards, mental privacy rights, and ethical accountability surrounding technologies capable of interacting with the human nervous system, cognition, behavior, and biometric data. NTSN was created to help bridge this gap through survivor-led advocacy, public education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and responsible public discourse. I see Neurotech Trauma Survivors Network becoming a platform that not only supports survivors, but also advocates politically for stronger oversight, updated privacy laws, neurorights protections, ethical governance, and meaningful accountability mechanisms as emerging neurotechnology continues to evolve into a multi-trillion-dollar global industry. Our goal is to ensure that ethics, transparency, constitutional protections, human rights, and public oversight evolve alongside neurotech advancement. NTSN is still in its early stages, and we are actively looking for volunteers, advocates, professionals, researchers, creatives, and survivors who want to help build a vital, grassroots organization from the ground up.
