Yesterday doctors at Connaught reached out about the lack of medical supplies for burn victims and the overall preparedness to treat patients who got severe burns from the accident at Wellington. They've sent a list of supplies needed for immediate and long term care.

To suggest that banning FGM is unrealistic is really playing with fire. Defending human rights is what these women do.

@iccfinfo_org Please how is calling Sierra Leone to ban FGM unrealistic. As an activist on this issue I don’t see how this is so. Perhaps you could tell me what is unrealistic. Cutting of vital organs from the bodies of girls as a means to appease culture and traditions can end.
