Empowering the Future of Precision Engineering at SSR Global Skills Park, Bhopal! SSRGSP successfully concluded the 5-day Training of Trainers (TOT) programme on CNC Milling (Programming & Operation) for the second batch of DOSD Training Officers from across Madhya Pradesh. The programme provided hands-on exposure to advanced CNC machining, Siemens 828D controls, G-Code programming, tooling techniques, and industrial machining operations. The Valedictory Ceremony was held under the guidance of Dr. Girish Sharma, CEO, SSRGSP, in the presence of Mr. Niraj Sahay, Director – External Relations, along with the HOD and expert faculty members of the Advanced CNC & Precision Engineering Department. कार्यक्रम में इंडिया स्किल्स 2025–26 में “मेडेलियन फॉर एक्सीलेंस” प्राप्त करने वाले प्रशिक्षार्थियों का सम्मान किया गया तथा 100 प्रतिशत प्लेसमेंट प्राप्त करने वाले विभिन्न ट्रेड्स के कोर्स हेड्स को भी विशेष रूप से सराहा गया। ड्रोन टेक्नोलॉजी, इंडस्ट्री-ओरिएंटेड ट्रेनिंग एवं ग्लोबल प्लेसमेंट जैसी पहलों के माध्यम से एसएसआर ग्लोबल स्किल्स पार्क लगातार युवाओं को भविष्य के कौशलों से जोड़ते हुए आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। ✨

इस अवसर पर एसएसआर ग्लोबल स्किल्स पार्क एवं एमपीऑनलाइन के मध्य एक महत्वपूर्ण एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इस सहयोग का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण, डिजिटल दक्षता एवं आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस आधारित शिक्षा से जोड़ना है। इस दौरान एमपीऑनलाइन की ओर से श्री प्रशांत राठी (मुख्य परिचालन अधिकारी), डॉ. आशीष सूद (बिजनेस हेड – स्किल एन्हांसमेंट), श्री संदीप गुप्ता (सेल्स मैनेजर) एवं श्री पलाश जायसवाल (सेल्स मैनेजर) उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में एसएसआर ग्लोबल स्किल्स पार्क के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ. गिरीश शर्मा, कौशल विकास संचालनालय, मध्यप्रदेश के संचालक श्री बसंत कुर्रे, डायरेक्टर्स, डिप्टी डायरेक्टर्स, असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर्स, कोर्स हेड्स एवं संस्थान के सभी प्रमुख अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

आज एसएसआर ग्लोबल स्किल्स पार्क में “कौशल संवाद कार्यक्रम” का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मध्यप्रदेश शासन के कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार विभाग के राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) माननीय डॉ. गौतम टेटवाल की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत मंत्री जी के स्वागत एवं संत शिरोमणि रविदास जी की प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित करने के साथ हुई। इसके पश्चात आयोजित विभिन्न बैठकों एवं संवाद सत्रों में भवन निर्माण कार्यों, विगत दो वर्षों की उपलब्धियों, उद्योग सहयोग, आधुनिक तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण एवं भविष्य की योजनाओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। इस दौरान पूर्व प्रशिक्षार्थियों, उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों, अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्लेसमेंट प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों एवं विभिन्न कोर्स हेड्स ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और बताया कि किस प्रकार एसएसआर ग्लोबल स्किल्स पार्क युवाओं को आधुनिक कौशलों के माध्यम से बेहतर रोजगार अवसरों के लिए तैयार कर रहा है।

The training provided to ITI Training officers Across Madhya Pradesh with hands-on exposure to CNC Turning operations, machine components, workshop safety practices, Siemens 828D HMI, G-Code & M-Code programming, blueprint programming, tool & work offset settings, and practical machining exercises including facing, taper turning, grooving, profiling, and threading. Participants also gained practical knowledge of cutting tool parameters and industrial machining techniques. During the Valedictory Ceremony, Director - External Relations, Mr. Niraj Sahay, along with the HOD and faculty members of Advanced CNC & Precision Engineering, SSRGSP, were present to encourage and congratulate the participants. On this occasion, all participants were awarded Certificates of Completion of Training in recognition of their dedication and successful completion of the programme.
