Great day on the track today. At CCL CONFERENCE VARSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS Ran a 10.92 in the 100m placing 4th , a 22.35 in the 200m placing 3rd, and anchored the 4x100 to a 1st place finish 🥇 More work to do. @stlxctf @STLcoach_chambo @STLVikingFB

Amazing day at our senior night home meet, came back from an injury and ran my first 400m opener from lane 8 and ran a huge PR of 51.45 getting 2nd place🥈49 soon…..#track @stlxctf @zavalapaul @STLcoach_chambo

Had a good run today at the ccl conference meet splitting 23.5 in my 4x2 relay which ended up getting second overall and got 23.5 in my 200 individual finishing 3rd overall. @stlxctf @STLVikingFB @STLcoach_chambo
