Did you know the law around tenant fees has changed? For contracts signed after from June 2019 you CANNOT be charged for: - Viewing fees - Tenancy set up fees - Inventory fees - Check out fees - Guarantor fees - Professional clean

🏡Is this the right house for me? 🏡Are these the right housemates to live with? 🏡Is this affordable for me? Once you sign a tenancy agreement you have entered a legally binding contract. Don't sign unless you are 100% sure. Remember there is no rush to find housing!
