People often talk about immigration as if it is Britain’s only problem. The fact is immigration, while itself a problem, has exposed many, many other problems in our society. It has exposed the ludicrous allocation of scarce resources by our welfare state, it has exposed the state’s two-tier approach to crime and justice, it has exposed the official hypocrisy of our elites who proclaim deep concern for Gaza and other international causes while turning a blind eye to injustices in this country, like the horrendous murder of Henry Nowak. Have I missed anything?
