I still have not visited the Legacy Musuem in Alabama and it’s a 2 hour drive from my home. I start crying just thinking about what I’m gonna see. I’m finally gonna go this summer.

It’s annoying when folks say I’m “reminding” people to rest. The culture never knew how to rest. It’s more than a “reminder.” It is a cultural shift in thinking. A illumination of the brainwashing via grind culture that has happened to us. Justice work.

I’ve been following the principles of @TheNapMinistry —- with that being said I just woke up from a nap. I feel amazing. I am so happy myself and my colleagues are reading her book in our book club. I encourage you all to stop adding more work into your lives and go take a nap.
