With @andysmanclubuk, those beliefs can be tossed aside. It's is a group of men, that meet on Mondays at 7pm, to talk. No need to sign forms, to share personal information AND, if you don’t wish, you don’t even have to talk. You can sit there and have a "brew and biscuit". [2/3]

You matter, your experience matters. Too often people believe that their problem’s aren’t big enough to seek support; too often people believe that it’s a sign of weakness to seek support; too often people believe that there are no easily accessible avenues for support. [1/3]

Giving the players the chance to choose their own collective identity can help motivate them further towards pursuing the best for the team because they begin to relate more to the club…as their club ⚽️ #sport #sportpsychology #sportpsychologist #workshop #football #soccer

Too often teammates are afraid to talk about what matters to them, how they see their role, and they view their club. Conversations such as these can increase the openness and understanding between teammates 🤝🏼

Another successful workshop ✅   Working with the Loughborough University Men’s Football Development Squad was a great opportunity to uncover their values and individual/team identity!
