During that period, she left her children in the care of her mother at Abubakar Colony, Kothapet. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝟭, Mohammad Azeem s/o Mohammad Saleem, age 25, occupation: mason, resident of Abubakar Colony, Kothapet village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was found guilty of repeatedly committing sexual intercourse with the minor by using force and threats. He was sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 22,000. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝟮, Mohammad Haleem s/o Mohammad Saleem, age 31, occupation: labour, resident of Abubakar Colony, Kothapet village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was convicted for his role in threatening the complainant and victim and for forcibly making the victim consume abortifacient tablets that caused a miscarriage. He was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 6,000. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝟯, Smt. Jameela Begum w/o Mohammad Saleem, age 60, occupation: housewife, resident of Abubakar Colony, Kothapet village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was likewise convicted for participating in the threats and forcing the victim to ingest pregnancy tablets causing miscarriage. She was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 6,000. The court also awarded victim compensation of Rs. 4,00,000.
