🎓 President @vonderleyen & Commissioner @GabrielMariya responded to our letter from 144 MEPs regarding 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #Scottish & 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #Welsh @EUErasmusPlus students. I support a @Europarl_EN debate on a new 🇪🇺🤝🇬🇧 student mobility scheme which is what the @SaveEUStudents campaign calls for!

British universities rank the highest within Europe for their educational purposes. Imposing higher fees and prohibition of taking loans is an example of allowing only the richest people to gain a world-class education. It is a shameful mark on the British-European relations.

.@BorisJohnson's decision has denied British students access to #Erasmus after #Brexit. With one welcome exception: grants for Northern Irish students will be still funded by the Irish Govt But what about EU students already in the UK? We helped cover them by #nodeal provisions
