Reading a number of comments under this video, you get the impression that people actually like oversharpened images a lot (PS5Pro is not oversharpened, which is great). I guess that explains why TV demo modes are always oversharpened + black crushed!

But quite honestly, I don't think SW will be for me after Andor, ever. They'll be stories I'll like more or less, but they'll exist for people 40 years younger. There will be spaceships, there will be concept art, but I don't expect miracles anymore. It's already a lot of luck.

Here's a long-forgotten 40-year-old oddity from Ocean: High Noon. It was a single-screen shooter that had the player defending "Saucy Sue's Saloon" and the local bank from attacks by enemy cowboys. It was advertised for the C64 and Speccy, but only ever appeared on the former.
